It’s February 14th, and you know what that means: it’s Valentines day!

…and the first day of lent. This timing is rather unfortunate, as I decided to give up sugar for lent. So, I can’t partake in any Valentines treats.

(Just for future reference, I say we never align Valentines Day + the start of lent ever, ever again.)

Anyhow, if you’ve been around this blog for a while, you’ll remember this Valentines day blog that divulged my take on the best fictional couples + this blog that showcased the best and worst love songs to listen to on V-day. This year, I went the lazy route and simply threw together a bunch of love quotes (because, quite frankly, I’m running out of ideas). Enjoy!
